Question by j.elliott06: What is a good diet for a stay at home mom of 2?
I have 2 kids, a 2 year old and a 6 week old so i don’tt have a lot of “time” for rigorous exercise or planning a special diet, but i really do want to lose all this extra weight i’ve gained over the past 2 years having children. My goal is to lose AT LEAST 50 lbs. or more. Does anyone have any tips or have had the same situation and had success with something? plz HeLp!

a real good diet takes no more planning then a crappy one

simply lower your calories, limit carbs and avoid all sugars

just eating less of what you already eat now is a start.

and Im sure you can find 25-35 mins a day, 3-4 days a week to do some cardio.
