Question by Charles: How would I pitch an idea to go green to get the state involved?
I live in Montana and have an idea that would generate jobs statewide, provide clean energy, and help the country go green all at once… Who do I contact, how do I get it heard by the right people?

Talk with yout local representative. Talk to you local chamber of commerce, Talk to the Montana Commerce Department. Do not be shocked if they already heard of something similar.
Unless you yourself are prepared to dump a ton of money into the idea- no one else is likely to either.
If you formulate a business plan, pull together some like minded investors- if the idea has merit and if there is a demand for it- it should gain momentum on it’s own merits.
