Question by tigerlover786: What is a complicated looking physics equation to find the wavelength of green light?
I am trying to figure out some really complicated looking equation for the wavelength of what would be green light.

I’m trying to make this as confusing looking as possible, while having it stay accurate.

The final answer needs to end up being 500nm (5×10^-9) which is green.

Any ideas?
There can be a long process to getting it included as well…it doesn’t have to all just be one equation.

The windows in an office tower are coated with a film to minimize reflected light of wavelength lambda. If the glass has an index of refraction of 1.52, the film coating has an index of refraction of 1.25, and the thickness of the film is 100 nm. What is the wavelength of the light?
