Question by John B: Austin Texas underglow laws?
I live in Austin Texas and I wanted to get a a neon underbody kit for my car. I wanted to get red but I heard that’s illegal… So my next choice is green. Anyone know the laws regarding the neon lights under cars? I tried looking them up but I couldn’t find anything.
I’d like to know more about the laws concerning the lights color and now about the lights being on and off while driving/stopped

Here they are legal to have on while stationary, but illegal while driving.
