Question by : Is it possible to dye your hair black with dark green tips?
I’ve wanted to dye my hair black forever now and am finally going to do it.. how could i just put green tips about an inch up? oh and what should i do about my eyebrows?
would they just dye the eyebrows black?

Go to a salon AND they will take care of everything… Even EyeBrows lol
